Ingredients
  

  • 200 g dark chocolate 70% works best
  • 1 1/2 cup soy milk unsweetened (or less for a thicker version)
  • 3.5 oz firm tofu 1/4 of a 14 oz package

Instructions
 

  • Add the chocolate, the tofu and the water in a high-speed blender and blender until creamy (very loud at firs.t)
  • Pour into a dish and chill 1–2 hours.
