2 banana ripe 1/4 cup water 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground 20 almonds pre-soaked
Get Recipe Ingredients
Soak almonds all night (in the blender, less dishes to wash). I the morning, rinse.
In a blender, add all the other ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
