Ingredients
  

  • 2 banana ripe
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 20 almonds pre-soaked

Instructions
 

  • Soak almonds all night (in the blender, less dishes to wash). I the morning, rinse.
  • In a blender, add all the other ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
  • Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
