Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup mixed berries frozen
  • 1 zucchini whole, small, not peeled
  • 1 cup water 1/2 cup orange juice adds an amazing kick

Instructions
 

  • Wash the zucchini. Peel and cut bananas and zucchini in large chunk.
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Start the blender on low, then increase speed until smooth.
  • Adjust with more liquid or ingredients if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
  • Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
