1 pear 1/2 cup blueberries frozen 1/2-1 cup spinach 1 cup water 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground 1 tbsp flax seed

In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
