1 cup blueberries frozen 1 cup pineapple 1/2 cup avocado 1/2-3/4 cup water 1 tsp cinnamon ground 1 tsp lucuma

In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
