Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mango frozen
  • 1 apple
  • 1 small beet cooked or raw
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a cup, add your favorite topping and enjoy promptly.
  • Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
