Ingredients
  

  • 1 block 454 g extra-firm tofu, drained
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 carrot peeled
  • 1/4 cup vegenaise vegan mayo
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 curry powder

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed. Spread over toasted bread or enjoy as a dip with your favorite fresh vegetables.
