These Dark Chocolate Dipped Strawberries are a quick, elegant, two-ingredient treat made with fresh berries and melted dark chocolate for a naturally sweet, antioxidant-rich dessert everyone loves.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 100 gr dark chocolate 70-90%

Instructions
 

  • Wash strawberries and let them dry completely—any water will make the chocolate slip off.
  • Make sure strawberries are room temperature. Cold berries create condensation, which prevents the chocolate from sticking.
  • Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl in the microwave.
  • Dip each strawberry, letting excess drip off.
  • Immediately add toppings while the chocolate is still wet.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour, and enjoy!

Notes

Besides sprinkles, you could add: shredded coconut, crushed pistachios, chopped almonds, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, freeze-dried raspberries, flaky sea salt, crushed candy cane, toasted sesame seeds, and the list goes on!
