Instructions
Wash strawberries and let them dry completely—any water will make the chocolate slip off.
Make sure strawberries are room temperature. Cold berries create condensation, which prevents the chocolate from sticking.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl in the microwave.
Dip each strawberry, letting excess drip off.
Immediately add toppings while the chocolate is still wet.
Refrigerate for at least one hour, and enjoy!
Notes
Besides sprinkles, you could add: shredded coconut, crushed pistachios, chopped almonds, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, freeze-dried raspberries, flaky sea salt, crushed candy cane, toasted sesame seeds, and the list goes on!
