This chocolate date bark is an easy no-bake treat made with naturally sweet Medjool dates, creamy nut butter, and rich dark chocolate. It’s chewy, chocolatey, and satisfying—perfect for a quick snack, dessert, or post-workout bite.
Line a baking sheet or small tray with parchment paper.
Open each date and place it cut-side down on the parchment. Press gently to flatten and form a tight rectangle.
Spoon or spread a layer of the nut butter evenly over the dates.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top, spreading gently with a spatula.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts, hemp seeds, and a pinch of flaky salt if using.
Place in the freezer for 15–20 minutes, or until firm.
