Ingredients
  

  • 1 pear
  • 2 kiwi peeled
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes water
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds not blended; optional

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients. (No liquid needed). Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
  • Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.

Notes

This simple recipe can easily be made as a smoothie bowl! Just add pear slices, granola and fresh raspberries. Oh so good!
