Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate 70% works best
  • 1 cup mandarin orange juice

Instructions

  • Add the chocolate and the juice in a high-speed blender and blender until creamy (very loud at first)
  • Pour into a dish and chill 1–2 hours.

Notes

For the creamiest texture, I recommend gently melting the dark chocolate first in the microwave, then slowly whisking in the mandarin orange juice until smooth before pouring into your favorite ramekins.
If you blend the chocolate and juice together in a high-speed blender instead, the texture may turn out slightly less creamy and a bit more grainy. Both methods taste amazing — but melting first gives you that smoother, silkier finish. 🍊🍫
