  • 1 tbsp peanut butter natural
  • 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened

  • In a blender, combine all of the ingredients.
  • Start to blend on low, then ramp up to the highest speed as soon as possible.
  • Stop to scrape down the sides or add more milk if necessary.
