Equipment

  • blender

Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup mango frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp goji berries pre-soaked (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
  • Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.

Notes

Soaking the goji berries for 10-15 minutes in warm water helps to enhance their flavor and nutrient absorption.
For a thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice.
Adjust sweetness to taste by adding a Medjool date, a banana or a dash of maple syrup.
Garnish with a slice of orange or a sprig of fresh mint.
