1 banana 1 cup pineapple frozen 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 cup non-dairy milk or coconut milk
Get Recipe Ingredients
Peel and cut fruits.
To a blender, combine all of the ingredients.
Start the blender low, then increase speed until smooth.
Adjust with more liquid or ingredients if needed.
Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
