Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup pineapple frozen
  • 1/2 zucchini no need to peel
  • 1 leaf kale optional
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
  • Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.

Notes

For a sweeter smoothie, add a Medjool date or maple syrup.
If you don't have frozen pineapple, use fresh pineapple and add a few ice cubes.
This smoothie is a great way to sneak in extra veggies for kids.
