This fresh mango salsa couldn't be easier. Sweet juicy mango, zesty cilantro, red onion, and a little kick from store-bought salsa come together in minutes. It's the perfect make-ahead appetizer for parties, potlucks, taco nights, or summer gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups mango chunks frozen, thawed
  • 2 cup medium-spice store-bought mango salsa
  • 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1/4 red onion finely diced (or more to taste)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Place the frozen mango chunks in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight until thawed.
  • Finely chop the thawed mango by hand into small salsa-sized pieces.
  • Add the chopped mango to a large serving bowl.
  • Stir in the mango salsa, cilantro, red onion, lemon juice, and salt.
  • Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  • Taste and adjust the onion, lemon juice, or salt if desired.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
