Golden Banana Rolls

Flaky vegan puff pastry wrapped around a ripe banana, baked until golden, then topped with melted chocolate and chopped peanuts. A fun, dairy-free treat that’s easy, kid-friendly, and delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 puff pastry thawed
  • 1 tbsp chocolate
  • 1 tbsp peanuts crushed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Roll out your vegan puff pastry on a very lightly floured surface.
  • Place a peeled banana in the center and wrap the pastry around it, sealing the edges gently. You can trim any excess pastry.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paperor on the air fryer rack, seam-side down.
  • Bake for 6–8 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
