Instructions
Preheat the air fryer
to 350°F (175°C).
Roll out
your vegan puff pastry on a very lightly floured surface.
Place a peeled banana
in the center and wrap the pastry around it, sealing the edges gently. You can trim any excess pastry.
Place on a baking sheet
lined with parchment paperor on the air fryer rack, seam-side down.
Bake for 6–8 minutes
, or until the pastry is puffed and lightly golden.
Remove from the oven
and let cool slightly.
Drizzle with melted chocolate
and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
Serve warm
and enjoy!
