1 banana 1 cup pineapple frozen 1/4 cup water or more 1/4 tsp ginger ground 1/4 tsp turmeric ground 1/4 tsp cinnamon ground

In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
