Ingredients
  

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 1/2 avocado small
  • 1 stack celery
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
  • Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.

Notes

Use very ripe oranges for extra sweetness.
Add a handful of spinach or kale for an extra boost of greens.
For a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes.
To adjust sweetness, add a Medjool date or maple syrup.
Garnish with a slice of orange or a sprig of fresh mint.
