Ingredients
  

  • 1 pear
  • 1 kale leaf small
  • 1/2 cup water
  • ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut pear and kale.
  • To a blender, combine all of the ingredients.
  • Start the blender low, then increase speed until smooth.
  • Adjust with more liquid or ingredients if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
  • Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.

Notes

If you are not used to the kale taste, add lemon juice :)
