1 cup cherries frozen 1 banana frozen 1/4 cup dry oats 1/2 cup raw cashews Pre-soaked if not a high-speed blender 2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1.5 cup water

Start the blender on low, then increase speed until smooth.
Adjust with more liquid or ingredients if needed.
