Ingredients
  

  • 1 15oz can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk

Instructions
 

  • Drain and rinse the black beans well.
  • Add the black beans, bananas, cocoa powder, ice, and soy milk to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust thickness by adding a little more soy milk if desired.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Freeze the bananas beforehand for an even creamier texture.
Best to drink right away!
