Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
Notes
If you are making this recipe for guests, add orange juice instead of milk. They will be impressed! No date necessary if you add juice though. For a lower calorie option, add water instead.
