  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 4 libanese cucumbers
  • 1/2 red onion finely chopped
  • 5 mint leaves fresh and chopped
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and chopped mint to a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
