1 apple 1/4 avocado 1/2 cup mixed berries frozen 3 dates or more 1 cup orange juice 1/2 cup water 4 mint leaves

Wash, peel, and cut fruits.
To a blender, combine all of the ingredients.
Start the blender low, then increase speed until smooth.
Adjust with more liquid or ingredients if needed.
Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
