In a mixing bowl, conbine cacao powder, date puree and nut butter until smooth.
Roll int mixture into small balls then flatten each one gently with the back of a tablespoon to create a small base.
In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate. Use coconut oil for a firm texture (when refregerated) or 2-3 tbsp of non-dairy milk for a softer consistency.
Spoon the melted chocolate over each brownie bite, letting it cover the top.
Place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to let it set.
