This 4-Ingredient No-Bake Sweet Potato Chocolate Fudge Cake is a rich, creamy, no-bake dessert made with steamed sweet potatoes, dark vegan chocolate, Medjool dates, and non-dairy milk.
Add the steamed sweet potatoes (preferably warm), melted dark chocolate, Medjool dates, and non-dairy milk to a high-speed blender or food processor. No need to melt the chocolate if using a high-speed blender.
Blend until completely smooth, creamy, and glossy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Pour the mixture into a bowl or small serving dish and smooth the top.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
Just before serving, dust lightly with cocoa powder.
