Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sweet potatoes steamed
  • 150 grams dark chocolate vegan
  • 2 Medjool date or more, pitted
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk

Instructions
 

  • Add the steamed sweet potatoes (preferably warm), melted dark chocolate, Medjool dates, and non-dairy milk to a high-speed blender or food processor. No need to melt the chocolate if using a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth, creamy, and glossy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl or small serving dish and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
  • Just before serving, dust lightly with cocoa powder.
