Ingredients
  

  • 1 peach white or yellow
  • 1/2 cup pineapple frozen
  • 1/2 cup carrot juice
  • 1/2 cup raspberries fresh or frozen

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
  • Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.

Notes

For the peach, any color works. Nectarines are a great option too!
If you don't have carrot juice, you can add water, or orange juice or you favorite plant-based milk.
