1 banana frozen 1 tbsp peanut butter natural 1/2 cup soy milk unsweetened 1 tsp cocoa powder

Peel and cut banana in half.
Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Start the blender on low, then increase speed until smooth.
Adjust with more liquid or ingredients if needed.
Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
