This smoothie is so simple yet healthy and delicious! The carrot juice not only enhances the flavor but also adds vitamins and a touch of richness to create a deliciously satisfying treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pineapple fresh
  • 1/2 cup peaches frozen
  • 1/2 cup carrot juice

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut up pineapple.
  • To a blender, combine all of the ingredients.
  • Start the blender low, then increase speed until smooth.
  • Adjust with more liquid or ingredients if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
  • Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
