Quick Umami Soft Tofu

Melissa Champagne
Simple and quick, this soft tofu recipe is packed with umami flavor thanks to the addition of miso, sesame oil, coconut aminos, and gochujang. The green onions and sesame seeds add a touch of freshness and crunch. This dish is also a great source of plant-based protein and can be easily customized to your liking.
