Ingredients
  

  • 2 orange
  • 1 cup mango frozen
  • 1 apple
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup water or juice

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
  • Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes.
Add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice for an extra citrusy flavor.
This smoothie is a great source of vitamins A and C.
