Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup berries frozen
  • 1 cup spinach fresh
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Peel banana and add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Start the blender on low, then increase speed until smooth.
  • Adjust with more liquid or ingredients if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
  • Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.

Notes

I love making this smoothie the night before and drink it at 5 am before hitting the gym.
