1/2 banana 1 cup melon fresh 1 cup rapsberries or strawberries frozen 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
