Ingredients
  

  • 1 160z tofu extra firm
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 tbsp liquid amino
  • 1 tsp dried basil only if you like basil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Remove the tofu from its package and drain excess water.
  • Crumble the tofu into a large skillet or pan. Add all other ingredients.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes, or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
  • Add green onions, pepper and enjoy!

Notes

This versatile tofu scramble can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, making it perfect for meal prepping.
Enjoy this scramble on its own, or get creative and use it as a base for other delicious meals. It is a great addition to breakfast burritos, tacos, salads, or bowls.
