1 banana 1/2 cup pumpkin cooked 1/4 cup parsley 1/4 cup kale 1/2 cup pineapple frozen, or mango 3/4 cup water or orange juice 1 tbsp hemp seep optional
Get Recipe Ingredients
Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables as needed.
Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Start the blender on low, then increase speed until smooth.
Adjust with more liquid or ingredients if needed.
Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
