1 date medjool 1 banana 1 cup sweet potato 1 cup almond milk unsweetened 3/4 tsp cinnamon ground pinch nutmeg ginger ground

In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
