Escape to the tropics with our refreshing smoothie! Sweet banana, tangy mango, fresh kale, and a splash of lemon, all blended with coconut water for a deliciously indulgent treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup mangoes frozen
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 cup kale or spinach
  • 1/4 cup coconut water or regular water

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
  • Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.

Notes

 Use frozen bananas for a thicker, more icy smoothie.
Add a handful of ice cubes for a extra chilled and thick smoothie.
Adjust the amount of liquid depending on your desired consistency.
If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add a Medjool date or maple syrup.
Garnish with a slice of lemon or a sprig of fresh mint.
