Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam + 2 tbsp (use sugar free for paleo and keto versions)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix almond flour and jelly until a soft dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into 10 cookies and flatten slightly. If you want to add a slice of strawberry, press gently in the middle with you finger.
  • Place in the air fryer at 325°F and bake for 5 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  • Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
