Add pureed sweet potato and melted chocolate in a blender and mix until creamy. Refrigerate 2 hrs. Serve with powedered cocoa powder.

Melting chocolate in a double boiler is easy and smooth, but if you're short on time, the microwave works too. Just add
1 tablespoon of milk
to help it melt quickly and evenly.
