- 1 cup dark chocolate

Well, I guess it might depend on the quality of the chocolate used, but as it is, my guests and I find it pretty bland. It would have been nice, though , with a sort of healthy cake.
Maybe a sweeter version of chocolate. I like 50-55% dark!

So, was that low fat milk added?
I used non-dairy milk like soy or almond but milk isn’t necessary!
My daughter made me this for my birthday as we’d both committed to a no-added sugar month. It was so easy and sooo good! I basically ate the whole thing in one setting as it felt both indulgent and health at the same time.
