Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour 115g
  • 1/2 cup almond butter natural and drippy
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a bowl, mix the almond flour, almond butter, and maple syrup.
  • Roll the dough into 12 balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Use a fork to press each ball into a cookie shape, creating a criss-cross pattern.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges turn lightly golden.
  • Cookies will be soft when warm—allow to cool completely before enjoying.
