- 2 apples sliced
- 200 grams dark chocolate melted
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Get Recipe Ingredients
Wash and dry the apples.
Use an apple cutter to remove the core and slice the apple.
Place the dairy-free chocolate in a heat-safe bowl with coocnut oil.
Melt gently in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each round until smooth and glossy.
Dip each apple slices halfway (or fully!) into the melted chocolate.
Let excess chocolate drip off, then place the slices on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with your toppings of choice.
Place the tray in the fridge for 15 minumum minutes.
Enjoy immediately, or store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
