1 banana frozen 1 orange peeled 1 cup raspberries frozen 1/2-3/4 cup water

In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy promptly.
Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
