Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 1 cup raspberries frozen
  • 1/2-3/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy promptly.
  • Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
