Equipment

  • blender
  • Sieve if using

Ingredients

  • 1 cup watermelon or more if not using the maple syrup
  • 2 limes juiced (about 2–3 tablespoons)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup optional, to taste
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water for added electrolytes
  • Ice for serving
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Add watermelon, lime juice, maple syrup (if using), and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain (optional): For a smoother texture, pour through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher. I prefer to keep the fiber!
  • Fill glasses with ice and pour the watermelon limeade over top.
  • Add mint leaves or a lime wedge for a fun, fresh touch!
