- 1 cup watermelon or more if not using the maple syrup
- 2 limes juiced (about 2–3 tablespoons)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup optional, to taste
- 1 cup cold water or coconut water for added electrolytes
- Ice for serving
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add watermelon, lime juice, maple syrup (if using), and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain (optional): For a smoother texture, pour through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher. I prefer to keep the fiber!
