Blueberry Cinnamon Smoothie
This unique smoothie concoction may seem weird, but I promise it is not!! The banana provides natural sweetness and potassium for heart health, while the blueberries offer antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. Ground cinnamon not only adds warmth and a kick but also aids in blood sugar control. Pineapple adds a tropical twist along with vitamin C and bromelain (enzyme) for improved digestion and immune support. Surprisingly, you cannot taste the zucchini at all but it is a great addition as it’s filled with fiber, vitamins, and minerals. This smoothie is truly one of my favorites as it is a a powerhouse of nutrients!

Blueberry Cinnamon Smoothie
Equipment
- blender
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup blueberries frozen
- 1 tsp cinnamon ground
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1/2 zucchini large
- 3/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
- Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
