I’m a Certified Plant-Based Nutrition Specialist through the American Fitness Professionals & Associates, with additional training from Rouxbe Culinary School (which I highly recommend for anyone who wants to cook more plant-based foods) and the Stanford Center for Health Education. As a Health Coach and Personal Trainer, I help busy parents transition to a more plant-forward lifestyle with kid-approved, family-friendly vegan recipes that are quick, easy, and nutrient-dense.
Ahead of the flexitarian curve since 2001, I’m a Nutritionist specializing in plant-based, fiber-rich, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free meals designed for real family life. My focus is simple: support children’s growth, boost family energy, and promote long-term health and longevity — without the stress of complicated cooking. From wholesome weeknight dinners to nourishing breakfasts and guilt-free desserts, I make plant-based living approachable, joyful, and sustainable — yes, even for picky eaters.
