This fresh watermelon juice with mint is the perfect refreshing drink for warm summer days! Naturally sweet, this watermelon blends beautifully with fresh herbs for a light, flavorful summer drink. With just 2 simple ingredients, this easy watermelon juice recipe is ready in minutes.

Is Watermelon Juice Good for You?

Watermelon is naturally rich in water, making it a refreshing choice on warm days. It also contains vitamin C and lycopene, a naturally occurring plant compound that gives watermelon its red color.

Fresh mint adds a cool, refreshing flavor, while basil offers a slightly sweet, herbal alternative. This simple watermelon drink is an easy way to enjoy fresh summer produce.

Keep in mind that blending watermelon retains more of its fiber than straining it into traditional juice. If you want to keep the fiber, blend the fruit and enjoy it without straining.
