Banana Almond Smoothie
Equipment
- blender
Ingredients
- 2 banana ripe
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
- 20 almonds pre-soaked
Instructions
- Soak almonds all night (in the blender, less dishes to wash). I the morning, rinse.
- In a blender, add all the other ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
- Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
